Horde Mail Login Failed Error

Whenever we see any login errors like
“Login failed” or
“Notice: (null)(): Connection failed to localhost,143: Connection refused (errflg=2) in Unknown on line 0″
for the horde mail, just restart the imap service using anyone of the scripts
